This session is all about how to dose your edibles just right! \nINSTRUCTOR BIO: As a chronic pain sufferer\, related to spine issues and migraines\, Heather Kreider a Registered Nurse\, knows first-hand how cannabis can help patients live a happier\, healthier life. She is an Medical Marijuana card holder in PA\, cannabis advocate and strives to break the stigma that cannabis users are “a bunch of burnouts.” Heather is also certified in Advanced Cannabis Training and is PA Dispensary Agent Certified. \nHeather also helps patients navigate the process of obtaining a medical marijuana card\, working with dispensaries\, and determining the medical marijuana formulations and application methods that will best target the symptoms they’re experiencing. Her goal is to alleviate the gap in patient education by helping individuals understand the different types of cannabinoids\, terpenes\, and ways to consume medical marijuana. Monica also continuously trains under Alexandre Tannous\, who is an ethnomusicologist\, sound therapist and sound researcher in NYC\, and David Shemesh\, an incredibly skilled sound facilitator and teacher based in Portugal. She enjoys continuing her education from other highly skilled sound practitioners such as Mitch Nur and Mike Tamburo. Monica has been a full time sound practitioner since 2021\, offering group and private Sound Sessions in the area\, as well as for corporate events and retreats. Through this experience\, you will be encouraged to connect with a clear intention and an elevated emotional state\, opening the door to a potentially expansive and transformative journey. \nDate: Sunday\, March 30\, 2025\nTime: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM (please arrive at 2:45 pm to make purchases and get settled)\nCost: $20 \nMUST BE 21 TO ATTEND \nAt your Service: When Monica Mullen struck a singing bowl in 2019\, an undeniable urge to follow the sound awoke in her and she knew she must heed the call. Through a series of magical connections\, she started taking private lessons with local sound teacher Lana Ryder in 2020 through her Soundwise School of Harmonic Therapy\, which Monica now teaches classes and workshops for. Monica also continuously trains under Alexandre Tannous\, who is an ethnomusicologist\, sound therapist and sound researcher in NYC\, and David Shemesh\, an incredibly skilled sound facilitator and teacher based in Portugal. She enjoys continuing her education from other highly skilled sound practitioners such as Mitch Nur and Mike Tamburo. Monica has been a full time sound practitioner since 2021\, offering group and private Sound Sessions in the area\, as well as for corporate events and retreats. Her current interests besides sound and music include biogeometry\, esoteric studies and creating art.
