Monica also continuously trains under Alexandre Tannous\, who is an ethnomusicologist\, sound therapist and sound researcher in NYC\, and David Shemesh\, an incredibly skilled sound facilitator and teacher based in Portugal. She enjoys continuing her education from other highly skilled sound practitioners such as Mitch Nur and Mike Tamburo. Monica has been a full time sound practitioner since 2021\, offering group and private Sound Sessions in the area\, as well as for corporate events and retreats. It’s not just about music – this immersive session aims to melt away stress and guide you into a deep meditative state. \nFeel the soothing pulses working their magic! They’re not just pleasant to the ears; they can also help with energy blockages\, improve sleep\, and bring about a sense of clarity. And here’s the exciting part – each session is tailored to address specific symptoms\, employing various instruments and techniques. Get ready to harmonize your mind and body! \nClass length: 55 minutes \nClass Fee: $20.00 \nInstructor Bio: Lori Stahl is a Vibrational Sound Therapist. She is a certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning and Vibrational Sound Therapy certified by the Vibrational Sound Association and VFRT (vibrational fascia release technique) certified by the NEHC Academy. She is also honored to be a student of Dr. John Beaulieu\, one of the foremost philosophers and major innovators in the area of sound healing therapies. \nReminder: The meditation starts promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to find your space and get settled. The doors lock at 5:00 pm sharp. Also\, please bring things to help you be comfortable during the one-hour sound meditation. We suggest a mat\, pillows\, blankets\, eye mask\, etc. \nClass No-Show & Cancellation Policy \nAt Hempfield Apothetique\, we strive to provide the best experience for all our guests.
