In our cozy demo kitchen\, you’ll learn how to whip up infused butter and oil\, giving you the ultimate building blocks for adding hemp to your favorite dishes! \nDecarb & Infuse \nUnlock the true power of cannabis with a little science! We’ll walk you through decarboxylation\, the key to creating potent edibles\, oils\, and even salves. You’ll learn step-by-step how to decarb your medical marijuana or hemp flower so you can infuse it into your culinary creations! \nDosing Edibles \nEdibles can pack a punch\, so let’s make sure you’ve got the right dose! While we can’t guarantee exact potency without a fancy THC tester\, we’ll teach you how to estimate it so you can enjoy your goodies safely. This session is all about how to dose your edibles just right! \nINSTRUCTOR BIO: As a chronic pain sufferer\, related to spine issues and migraines\, Heather Kreider a Registered Nurse\, knows first-hand how cannabis can help patients live a happier\, healthier life. She is an Medical Marijuana card holder in PA\, cannabis advocate and strives to break the stigma that cannabis users are “a bunch of burnouts.” Heather is also certified in Advanced Cannabis Training and is PA Dispensary Agent Certified. \nHeather also helps patients navigate the process of obtaining a medical marijuana card\, working with dispensaries\, and determining the medical marijuana formulations and application methods that will best target the symptoms they’re experiencing. Her goal is to alleviate the gap in patient education by helping individuals understand the different types of cannabinoids\, terpenes\, and ways to consume medical marijuana.
