Under the nurturing care of Lori Stahl\, we’ll journey through a tapestry of meditative tones\, celebrating the quiet beauty of winter and welcoming the light’s slow return. \nThis mystical evening is an opportunity to connect with nature’s cycles\, set intentions for the season ahead\, and release what no longer serves you. Allow yourself to be cradled by sound as we embrace the magic of this celestial turning point together. \nBring your favorite cozy blanket\, a yoga mat\, and an open heart. \nDate: Sunday\, December 21\nTime: 4 pm – 5 pm\nClass Fee: $20.00 \nInstructor Bio: Lori Stahl is a Vibrational Sound Therapist. She is a certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning and Vibrational Sound Therapy certified by the Vibrational Sound Association and VFRT (vibrational fascia release technique) certified by the NEHC Academy. She is also honored to be a student of Dr. John Beaulieu\, one of the foremost philosophers and major innovators in the area of sound healing therapies. \nReminder: The meditation starts promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to find your space and get settled. The doors lock at 4:00 pm sharp. Also\, please bring things to help you be comfortable during the one-hour sound meditation. We suggest a mat\, pillows\, blankets\, eye mask\, etc. \nClass No-Show & Cancellation Policy \nAt Hempfield Apothetique\, we strive to provide the best experience for all our guests.
