Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner\, Jagadhatri’s guidance will help you embrace the healing power of our secret herb to enhance your experience. Bring your mat\, a willingness to let go\, and a desire to flow with ease. \nThis session includes special sound guest\, Abby Holbach. Abby is a Certified Usui Reiki Master\, Sound Meditation Facilitator\, Kirtan Wallah\, Relationship Coach\, and an experienced practitioner of EFT and Ho’oponopono. With a deep passion for the healing power of sound\, Abby believes in its incredible ability to bring calm\, relaxation\, and restoration to anyone seeking peace. Whether she’s chanting mantras\, playing gongs and singing bowls\, or soaking in the serenity of nature\, she finds harmony in every frequency. \nHaving explored a wide range of healing modalities over the years\, Abby feels most drawn to the transformative magic of sound. She’s continually inspired by the positive effects it has on people from all walks of life.
