DESCRIPTION:Using a combination of tuning forks\, Himalayan singing bowls\, gongs\, and other instruments\, prepare to be immersed in sound and vibration to release stress and induce a deeply meditative state. \nThe soothing pulses can ease energy blockages\, regulate sleep\, and gain clarity. Each session will target a specific symptom\, using different instruments and methods. \nClass length: 55 minutes \nInstructor Bio: Lori Stahl is a Vibrational Sound Therapist. She is a certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning and Vibrational Sound Therapy certified by the Vibrational Sound Association and VFRT (vibrational fascia release technique) certified by the NEHC Academy. She is also honored to be a student of Dr. John Beaulieu\, one of the foremost philosophers and major innovators in the area of sound healing therapies. \nClass Fee: $20.00 \nReminder: The meditation starts promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to find your space and get settled. The doors lock at 5:00 pm sharp. Also\, please bring things to help you be comfortable during the one-hour sound meditation. We suggest a mat\, pillows\, blankets\, eye mask\, etc.

DESCRIPTION:This slow and gentle vinyasa style flow is guided by womb-centered awareness and intuitive movement. Inspired by menstrual\, pre and postnatal needs\, you will be guided through a gentle sequence and given time/space to explore the callings of your own body and breath. We sit in circle to begin with a meditation\, and follow with a loosely structured sequence of poses. You will be encouraged to tap into your inner teacher and find your own flow as we become a harmony of embodiment. \nDATE: Monday\, June 19\, 2023 \nTIME (75 minutes): 7:00pm – 8:15 pm \nCLASS FEE: $15 before 06/01/2023 and $20 after and at the door \nINSTRUCTOR BIO: Nelly is a local birth keeper and somatic practitioner. Born and raised locally\, she has had the privilege of exploring new places\, and residing in California for a time\, as well her parent’s native home of the Middle East. An RYT200\, Nelly is also certified in prenatal yoga\, and has studied somatic movement therapy. After an ongoing search for “home”\, her passion is to explore and facilitate the journey of coming home to self. She created The Sacred Nest to embody and fulfill this mission through birth work and holding of space for body and breath. She is humbled to cross paths with her brothers and sisters in remembrance of the sacred.
